Hailing from the vibrant city of Belfast, SOLAS emerged onto the electronic music scene with an innate passion for music and a visionary approach to sonic landscapes. Moving to Glasgow as a teen marked a transformative period for Holly, as she immersed herself in the dynamic electronic music community that Glasgow is renowned for. The city's rich history of techno and house music served as a fertile ground for SOLAS' artistic evolution. Producing anything from deep house to ambient breakbeat electronica, now based in Manchester Holly plans to release several EP's inspired by her time in Scotland. Drawing inspiration from the electronic sounds of the early 90s, Holly's own music production is experimental, original and does not conform to set genres. As a DJ, SOLAS ventures within all realms of electronic music, with an eclectic and nostalgic taste in records, delivering high energy and engaging sets.
