In the biz since 2009, Al Wootton's contribution to UK dance music is hard to understate. Originally operating under the Deadboy moniker with underground hits on the likes of Glasgow's own Numbers, Al has an impressive and prolific back catalogue, with releases on Livity Sound and Optimo Music, plus an array of EPs on his own label, Trule, which has also been host to peers such as Pugilist, Big Hands and Priori. His music is full of dub elements and heavy bass-workouts, spanning the myriad of stylings that make up UK techno and UK soundsystem music. Organic, original, with a dance-floor focused that feels fresh and never contrived. Given his knack for conjuring up top-quality club fare, we're delighted to have him at The Berkeley Suite for an ultra rare live set.

Mia Koden aka Sancha Ndeko (she/her) is a South London-based South Sudanese and British music producer and DJ. Initially growing up in Ghana and Nigeria soundtracked by her parents' lively stash of music from across the African continent and beyond, her formative years back in the UK had frequent soundsystem pilgrimages to spaces where roots reggae, drum & bass and dubstep could be heard. Having made serious waves within the highly acclaimed duo Sicaria Sound with their penchant for forward-thinking 140BPM, Ndeko’s new alias brings along the same infectious energy and bass-and-percs-heavy sensibilities with her own exciting deviations.
