Loose Joints - Peach, Junglehussi, Dilly Joints

We return to The Berkeley Suite for our first party of 2025 with some slight change to the usual calendar programming. This time two fabled artists - a Berkeley Suite debut for Peach, and a return for Glasgow's much cherished Junglehussi. PEACH Toronto born and London based, Peach is a DJ and producer revered worldwide for her bubbly energy and emotional range, radiating from her character and musical stylings alike. Confident and effective on massive stages and in tiny basements alike and an expert in the wide spectrum of house and techno, her sets have a classic feel but with a modern flair. Taking the familiar and repackaging and reinterpreting it in a way that only a true master of the craft can execute, Peach's sound is timeless yet fresh, utilising her deep skill and knowledge to achieve pure euphoria on dancefloors across the globe. Her efforts to capture that approach to DJing in the confines of an EP have also been fruitful, with four EPs across the likes of Peach Discs, can you feel the sun, and her own imprint, Psychic Readings. Outside of the club space, her monthly NTS show has been on the go for 7 years now, welcoming a wide range of guests, particularly many Canadian counterparts, but also taking deep dives into esteemed artists, projects and labels which have had an influence on the Peach sound. The short of it is that Peach is an artist who is more than the sum of their parts. Deeply enlightened on all things house and techno, she is guaranteed to illuminate all you eager-eyed ravers through her genuine love for the dance-floor. Big silly highs, introspective stop-and-thinkers - all the things that make her one to remember. JUNGLEHUSSI DJ, artist & photographer, Junglehussi, a.k.a Matthew Arthur Williams, is an integral part of Glasgow and the wider UK electronic music landscape. Appearing under the Junglehussi moniker since 2016, Matthew's playful and emotive brand of club fare has received positive acclaim from press, peers and punters alike. Emerging by chance having been asked to play some of his music by a friend at a Pride party, he quickly went from home record collector to resident DJ at the Art School's premier Thursday party, PVC. Since then, he's played all over the city, country and further afield - take Glasgow's Riverside, Manchester's beloved Kiss Me Again, and hallowed queer festival Iconoclast in Todmorden. Currently, he's commander-in-chief over at Papaya Whip, a great party based at La Cheetah which also gives a spotlight to many great talents out of Scotland. Outside of club hours, you can get your Junglehussi fix with regular shows on Radio Buona Vieda and Clyde Built Radio. A fantastic DJ, even better human, and we are very happy to have him play for us and for you all for the first time - something that has surely been well overdue. + DILLY JOINTS Our most available resident Dilly Joints returns - this is no indicator of their prowess, however.
