Steadfast Sylvatica rocking in to smash his Walk n Skank debut!

Rising selector, Steadfast Sylvatica, started his journey as a box-boy for Edinburgh’s legendary Messenger Sound System back in 2010. As his love for reggae and roots grew, he and a few friends founded Edinburgh Roots Collective, out of which experiences his own Steadfast brand was born as he continued to crew for Messenger and another wicked Scottish sound, Mighty Oak.

Following years of gigging on the UK circuit alongside Chazbo, Misty in Roots and many more, the beginning of 2019 saw a new venture for Sylvatica, linking with Sippa Seb of Shebeen Scene and Homegrown Sound and Cedric of Step It Up Sound System, to host a monthly reggae radio show, Sip It Up Sounds, on popular Edinburgh community-radio station, EH-FM. This was met with such popularity that Steadfast also launched his own monthly show on the station; Dimensions of Dub.

Known for his true love and appreciate for roots and culture music, this will be a night of high-grade selections.
